How can I purchase Tickets ?

Tickets can be purchased on our website, by calling 1-866-973-9614 or at the box office located at The Odeon Events Centre in the main office.

How can I print my tickets once I purchase them online ?

Print at Home- You can print your own tickets once you have purchased them, we recommend you print them on a regular letter sized sheet of paper (8.5x11")

What time is the box office open ?

The box office is open Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm

What is the difference between a VIP ticket and General Admission ?

VIP tickets grant you access to our VIP Balcony. It has lounge seating, a private bar, separate bathrooms, and a great view. For many shows VIP Meet and Greet packages can also be purchased through the respective artists' websites and fan pages.

Can I drink at an all ages show ?

If you are attending an all ages show, over 19 years old and have your ID you will receive a bracelet so you can purchase alcoholic beverages.

Can I still book a private function like a steak night ?

We still offer event bookings, please contact Patrick Wood for details and available dates.

Is there parking ?

There is parking on 2nd Avenue in front of our building, as well as paid parking lots located within walking distance to The Odeon.
